Shipment:
1. Order will be spent 2-3 days prepare in our warehouse. And the package need 5-8 business days for delivery by express company. (There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.)

2. Once the package shipping out, we will provide the tracking number to you in frist minute. Also, you would check it online. We will keeping an eye on it until arrive to you.

3. Full payment should be made before the sending of your package.

Return Policy:
For all the products have one year warranty by Ecwatch.net. when get the items and find have any problem from quality, in 7 days, we will supply the return policy as below:

(1) If you receive the products with outer broken, we will resend them to you for free in your next shipment;

(2) If you receive the products with function problems, we will resend them to you for free in your next shipment;

(3) If you receive the products with some part problems, we will resend the accessory to you for free in your next shipment;

If find any problem from quality in 7 days after got the items and return them back to us, we will resend the new items to you for free, and the return and resend shipping cost paid by each sides. If return the items to us and place the next order, we will share some shipping cost and resend the new items to you in the next order.

Resend policy for custom problem:
Usually we offer shipping insurance in our orders, you could choose whether you want it or not.
If you would like to purchase the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country, and the items will arrive at your hand safely. Please read insurance Policy.

If you don’t choose the shipping insurance, we will be responsible for the customs liquidation in our area but not in your country. We will supply the resend policy as below :

Value $30-$60        resend fee is $10/unit
Value $60-$120       resend fee is $20/unit
