1. WHAT IS COOPERATION

  Some customers purchasing products from our netpany say the products quality is good and the price is reasonable, so they ask for cooperating with us to produce gift watches or brand  watches designed by themselves. In order to satisfy the requirement of those customers, our netpany gets down to providing the cooperation service.

3. WHAT WE CAN DO FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

   We have our own watch manufactory and more than ten-year experience in watches production. We are familiar with every working procedure and control every produce sector for the sake of finishing all orders with good quality on time.
   Our netpany own lots of customers from all over the world, so we know clearly the market demand and requirement of different markets; then our customer will have more confidence in our cooperation.

4.THE CONTENT OF COOPERATION

   For Chinese movement
   4-1. If we have the watches pattern which our customers require in stock, then the minimum order is 150 pieces per pattern with the same dial and dial color.
   4-2. If we do not have the watches pattern required, the minimum order is 300 pieces per pattern.
   4-3. The minimum order for watch dial in the same color is 100 pieces.
   For swiss movement
   4-4. For swiss movement with your own brands, the minimum order is 20 pieces per pattern with the same dial.
   4-5. if we do not have the patterns required, the minimum order is 100 pieces per pattern with the same dial.
   4-6. the minimum order for watches dial in the same color is 50 pieces.

5. THE PROCEDURE OF COOPERATION

   5-1. for the watches ordered, our netpany will depict the drawing in detail for our customers’  confirmation.  After our customers make sure and confirm every detail exactly, they can contact us with endorse and fax back to us, and then we will make a formula order form for our customers confirm again, after these, we can arrange the order production.
   5-2. Once the order is confirmed, we would like to receive 50% subscription and provide a watch sample to our customers for confirmation, once the sample is confirmed, we will begin to produce all goods. When all goods are prepared, the balance should be paid before we arrange the shipment.
   5-3. We have our own assemble plant, all watches is tested thrice at least in order to assure every watches in best condition and quality.  If our customers ask for checking the goods by themselves, please contact and assort with us and arrange the time by themselves, but our netpany will not be responsible for the expense about this.
